Ernie Bojorquez is a certified personal trainer at High Quality Home Therapy.
Ernie has a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut and a strong background in in-home, one-on-one fitness training. He brings experience from multiple physical therapy clinics and gym settings, where he developed customized programs designed to meet clients where they are—supporting recovery, improving movement, and building functional strength safely and effectively.
Ernie also served as a strength and conditioning coach for the University of Connecticut football team, gaining valuable experience in performance-based training within a high-demand athletic environment. He specializes in functional strength training, mobility, and injury-aware programming, and works closely with physical therapists and healthcare providers to help clients transition confidently from rehabilitation to independent fitness. At HQHT, Ernie is known for his hands-on approach, focus on proper movement, and commitment to sustainable progress that supports long-term health, independence, and quality of life.
