Nardeen Abdelsayed, PT is an enthusiastic and driven Physical Therapist at HQHT whose empathetic nature, sharp clinical instincts, and genuine passion for helping people move and feel better shine through in everything she does.
Nardeen brings a rich and internationally diverse background to HQHT, having built her clinical foundation in Egypt before growing her career across multiple physical therapy settings in the United States. She has worked in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective that allows her to meet every patient exactly where they are.
Nardeen earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from O6U Cairo, Egypt, and has continued her education in the United States, completing a Rehabilitation Administration Certificate and currently pursuing her Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana. Her commitment to lifelong learning is a true reflection of her dedication to providing the highest quality care.
Throughout her career Nardeen has worked at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in New York as a Senior Physical Therapist, at Starpro Physical Therapy in Rye Brook, and most recently at The Villa at Stamford. She is skilled across a wide range of conditions and is especially passionate about working with scoliosis patients. She is a certified Schroth Specialist Therapist, a highly specialized certification that allows her to evaluate and treat all scoliosis curve types using the internationally recognized Schroth method.
Nardeen speaks Arabic and has intermediate Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients and families. She is also CPR and First Aid certified and holds her Physical Therapy License in the United States.
Nardeen is warm, organized, and deeply committed to her patients. She approaches every session with patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help each person reach their fullest potential. She is proud to bring her expertise and heart to the HQHT team.
