Monica brings over 13 years of experience in contract operations, revenue management, and cross functional leadership to High Quality Home Therapy, having built her career at Bloomberg LP in New York. She spent years leading initiatives that improved efficiency, accuracy, and coordination across global teams, skills she now brings to strengthening HQHT's operations and supporting our growing patient community.
Monica earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport in 2019 and her Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a focus in Business and Technology, from the University of Connecticut in 2008.
Throughout her career Monica has specialized in streamlining workflows, improving financial accuracy, and building standardized systems that teams can rely on. She partnered closely with finance, legal, and product teams to automate processes, reduce errors, and support smooth, consistent operations at scale. She also has experience mentoring and managing teams, helping others grow while improving overall productivity.
