Luana independently manages HQHT's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, developing educational and engaging content that reflects the heart of everything HQHT stands for. From writing captions and editing photos and videos to designing flyers and marketing materials, conducting community marketing runs, and coordinating with partner organizations, she works closely with Founder and CEO Dr. Caryn McAllister to bring the HQHT brand to life online.
Her work has driven measurable growth for the brand including a viral Instagram reel that generated over 44K views and 10K likes, making it the highest performing post in HQHT's history. The idea came entirely from her own curiosity and her ability to find a compelling story in the people around her.
In addition to her marketing responsibilities Luana handles scheduling and intake coordination, connecting directly with patients over the phone to ensure every experience runs smoothly and every person feels taken care of from the very first point of contact!
