Gianna Hernandez is an experienced Physical Therapy professional and Pelvic Health Specialist with a career spanning over three decades. Gianna utilizes an evidence based holistic approach to health and wellness and works with people of all ages and diagnoses.
Previously serving as the Outpatient Physical Therapy Coordinator at a major university hospital, overseeing clinical operations, staff development, and patient care for over 1,400 visits per month, Gianna brings a wealth of experience to us at High Quality Home Therapy. She works with patients with Ehler's Danlos Syndrom, Stroke, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Neurological and Orthopedic Conditions, Pre and Post Surgical Rehab, Autism, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, CIDP, ALS and more.
Gianna is recognized for her expertise in pelvic health, patient-centered care, and program development, and has a strong background in clinical education, previously serving as a Professor of Clinical Education at Sacred Heart University. She holds an Advanced Master’s in Orthopedics from Touro College and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Gianna is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and mentoring the next generation of therapists.
Gianna works with patients in our main Stamford campus, as well as in homes throughout Greenwich and Stamford, Connecticut.
